Superpedestrian Acquires Substantially All Assets of Zagster; Edison Partners Leads Growth Investment in Superpedestrian

Superpedestrian acquired substantially all of the assets of Zagster, a nationwide micromobility fleet operations and management company. Concurrently, Edison Partners led a $15 million growth investment in Superpedestrian (joined by Spark Capital and General Catalyst) to support expansion of Superpedestrian's LINK shared micromobility platform.
