Skillshare Acquires Superpeer's Operating Assets

Skillshare has acquired the technology and key operating assets of creator-platform Superpeer to expand its marketplace beyond on-demand classes into live sessions, 1-on-1s, and other creator monetization tools. Superpeer’s co-founder Fatih Acet will join Skillshare to lead development as the companies integrate Superpeer’s offerings into Skillshare’s learning ecosystem.
