Payoneer Acquires Boundless to Expand European Workforce Management

Payoneer (NASDAQ: PAYO) has acquired Boundless, an Ireland-based Employer of Record (EOR) platform, to strengthen its Payoneer Workforce Management capabilities and expand its footprint in Europe. The deal adds European EOR, payroll, benefits and compliance expertise to Payoneer’s cross-border financial stack, augmenting prior workforce-focused acquisitions such as Skuad.

Payoneer Inc. completed a business combination with special purpose acquisition company FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp., creating the new public entity Payoneer Global Inc. The combined company began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols PAYO and PAYOW and the transaction included a $300 million PIPE from investors including Wellington Management, Dragoneer, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, Millennium, T. Rowe Price and Winslow Capital.
