Payoneer Completes Business Combination with FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp.

Payoneer Inc. completed a business combination with special purpose acquisition company FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp., creating the new public entity Payoneer Global Inc. The combined company began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols PAYO and PAYOW and the transaction included a $300 million PIPE from investors including Wellington Management, Dragoneer, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, Millennium, T. Rowe Price and Winslow Capital.
