The acquisition brings Skuad’s global workforce and payroll capabilities — operating in 160+ countries and founded in 2019 — into Payoneer’s financial stack to strengthen its offerings for SMBs, freelancers and companies hiring internationally.

Payoneer Inc. completed a business combination with special purpose acquisition company FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp., creating the new public entity Payoneer Global Inc. The combined company began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols PAYO and PAYOW and the transaction included a $300 million PIPE from investors including Wellington Management, Dragoneer, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, Millennium, T. Rowe Price and Winslow Capital.

Airwallex Acquires South Korea's Paynuri
