Winsupply Inc. has completed an asset purchase of Morgan Brothers Supply, a multi-location plumbing wholesale distributor serving central and northern Florida. The founders Russell and Peter Morgan sold their interests; longtime Morgan Brothers manager Arnold Hardy becomes president, will purchase equity and share ownership with Winsupply.
