Winsupply Inc. has acquired Milford Companies, a distributor of pipe, valve and fitting, and water works with five locations across Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Financial terms were not disclosed; Milford leadership including COO-turned-president Chase Brown and CEO Shawn Beard will remain in operational roles following the transaction.

May Supply will be incorporated as Winsupply of Harrisonburg VA and continue to operate under the May Supply name, with Charles "Chuck" May joining as president and purchasing equity under Winsupply's shared-ownership model.

Winsupply Acquires Morgan Brothers Supply

The founders Russell and Peter Morgan sold their interests; longtime Morgan Brothers manager Arnold Hardy becomes president, will purchase equity and share ownership with Winsupply.
