Winsupply, Inc. acquired Meter Service & Supply Co., Inc., a Memphis-based supplier of gas, water, electrical and sewer products, with the transaction closing on May 20, 2024. The deal expands Winsupply's waterworks presence in the Memphis market; Meter Service's current president Jerry Deming will remain in a management capacity while Casey Belew will assume the president role.

Quad-C Management Acquires QED Technologies from Entegris
