KKR and GIP Complete Acquisition of CyrusOne

Funds managed by KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) completed the all-cash acquisition of CyrusOne for approximately $15 billion including debt. CyrusOne will be taken private, its Nasdaq listing suspended and delisted as the new owners plan to support the company's global expansion and capitalize on strong secular demand for data center capacity.
