CSL Consulting, a portfolio company of NMS Capital, has acquired Brownstone Construction Group, a Columbia, South Carolina–based owner's representative and program management firm. The add-on deal expands CSL's presence in the Southeastern U.S. and strengthens its capabilities in the public K‑12, higher education and municipal markets; terms were not disclosed.

A Bridge Specialty Group company, a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc., has acquired substantially all of the assets of Leon Silver Associates, a wholesale insurance broker based in Metuchen, New Jersey. Leon Silver's operations will be integrated into Bridge Specialty Group's Morstan General Agency and will operate from Morstan's Woodbridge, New Jersey location under the oversight of Tommy Rhodes and Kathy Colangelo.
