PTAG has completed the acquisition of Construct-X, a U.S.-based Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Lean Project Delivery specialist, effective June 30, 2025. Construct-X's team, tools and methods are being integrated into PTAG's Advanced Project Delivery platform; former Construct-X CEO Ted Blackmon joins PTAG as a Special Advisor and Fernando Espana will lead PTAG's global Advanced Project Delivery practice.

GenNx360-backed Precision Aviation Group (PAG) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ASX-listed PTB Group, a provider of MRO services for Pratt & Whitney PT6 and Honeywell TPE331 engines, engine and airframe leasing, and aviation supply-chain services. The bolt-on is intended to expand PAG's engine services capabilities and supply-chain footprint across Australia and the United States and is expected to close in Q4 2022, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Precision Aviation Group Acquires ICON Aerospace and TAG Aero

Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a GenNx360 portfolio company, has acquired ICON Aerospace and TAG Aero, expanding PAG's avionics and engine (APU) repair-and-overhaul capabilities. The add-on deals bring ICON's avionics expertise (approx. 150 employees) and TAG's APU services (approx. 60 employees and four in-house test cells) into PAG's global MRO network.

The deal was enabled in part by a $400 million strategic investment in Xpansiv led by Blackstone Energy Partners; advisers on the transaction included Perella Weinberg Partners for Xpansiv and Goldman Sachs for APX.
