Century Park Capital Partners completed a majority recapitalization of MCCi, LLC, partnering with the company's founders and management (including co-founder Donny Barstow, who reinvested and will remain President and CEO). MCCi, a Tallahassee-based software and IT services firm focused on enterprise content management and business process automation (including the JustFOIA SaaS product), will use the investment to accelerate growth and pursue buy-and-build opportunities; RGA Private Debt & Equity and Plexus Capital provided financing.

ClearGov Acquires CityGrows Platform
