Novant Health Acquires 18 Imaging Centers from OrthoCarolina

Novant Health Enterprises is acquiring 18 outpatient imaging centers and associated fixed and mobile MRI assets from OrthoCarolina across the Charlotte and Piedmont Triad regions (and two South Carolina locations). MedQuest Associates will collaborate on day-to-day operations as Novant expands its outpatient imaging network to improve access and affordability; OrthoCarolina will facilitate patient care during the transition.

McLaren Health Care Acquires Park Medical Centers

McLaren Health Care, a Grand Blanc, Michigan-based health system, has acquired Park Medical Centers, a group of 10 primary care clinics serving Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. The clinics — which include 21 providers and serve roughly 36,000 patients — will operate as a division of McLaren Medical Group and retain their branding and existing staff.

Northwell Health Completes Merger with Nuvance Health

The acquisition expands ALN’s RCM capabilities and consolidates Nexus’s client relationships across behavioral health, ambulatory surgery centers, gastroenterology and other specialty providers; terms were not disclosed.
