Houston-based HTS Eng. Ltd's Texas division has agreed to acquire Arlington, Texas-based manufacturers' representative Oslin Nation. The acquisition adds hydronic, pump and plumbing product lines to HTS Texas' HVAC and building controls offerings and brings Oslin Nation's ~80 employees into HTS Texas's operations.

Applied Industrial Technologies Acquires Hydradyne, LLC

Applied Industrial Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Hydradyne, a leading U.S. fluid power and motion control distributor. The acquisition expands Applied’s Engineered Solutions capabilities and Southeastern U.S. footprint; Hydradyne’s ~500 associates across 33 locations are expected to contribute about $260 million in sales and $30 million in EBITDA before synergies.

Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Acquires Telesis Technologies

Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Co., Ltd. (HIES), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd., has acquired Telesis Technologies, Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer of laser and dot-peen marking equipment. The acquisition expands HIES's marking and coding product portfolio and gives Hitachi access to Telesis's AI-enabled vision, laser marking technologies, and global service channels to accelerate growth in coding and marking markets.

Watsco and Carrier Acquire Temperature Equipment Corporation

Watsco, Inc., together with Carrier Global Corporation, signed an agreement to acquire Temperature Equipment Corporation (TEC) for Watsco to own 80% and Carrier 20%. TEC is a Chicago/Lansing, Illinois–based HVAC distributor with $291 million in 2020 sales, ~10,000 customers and 32 Midwest locations; the deal expands Watsco's footprint into the U.S. Midwest.

(ESP), a Laurens, South Carolina-based foam control product provider, effective September 3, 2025. The deal expands Hydrite’s product portfolio and marks its entrance into the U.S. Southeast region; ESP founder Allen Waters will continue to oversee day-to-day operations to ensure continuity for customers and employees.
