Texas Enterprises Inc., a fifth-generation wholesale distributor headquartered in Austin, has acquired Hotsy Carlson Equipment, a Central Texas industrial cleaning equipment dealer with locations in Austin, Bryan/College Station and Killeen. The deal expands TEI's service and distribution capabilities in industrial cleaning across Central Texas and strengthens Hotsy Carlson with access to TEI's wider Southwest distribution network.
