Texas Enterprises Inc. Acquires Hotsy Carlson Equipment

Texas Enterprises Inc., a fifth-generation wholesale distributor headquartered in Austin, has acquired Hotsy Carlson Equipment, a Central Texas industrial cleaning equipment dealer with locations in Austin, Bryan/College Station and Killeen. The deal expands TEI's service and distribution capabilities in industrial cleaning across Central Texas and strengthens Hotsy Carlson with access to TEI's wider Southwest distribution network.

Fortress Investment Group Acquires TH Holdings (Texas Hydraulics, Hydromotion, Oilgear)

Funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group have acquired a majority equity stake in TH Holdings, the parent of Texas Hydraulics, Hydromotion, and Oilgear; TH Holdings' management retains a minority stake. Wynnchurch Capital exited the investment; Fortress said it will deploy additional capital to invest in operations, product innovation and expand the group's presence across mobile, industrial and energy end markets.

IES Holdings, Inc. acquired an 80% ownership interest in Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning, LLC, a Hudson, Florida-based residential HVAC and plumbing services provider. The Blankenship family will retain a 20% stake, and Bayonet — with trailing 12-month revenue of about $86 million and over 500 employees — will join IES's Residential segment to expand its Florida footprint and add HVAC and plumbing capabilities.

Team Group Acquires S.&T. Group
