MOGAS Industries, Inc. completed the acquisition of assets of Houston-based Watson Valve, a turn-key manufacturer of severe service valves and provider of repair and coating services. The purchase expands MOGAS' valve supply and repair capabilities and broadens its end-market reach in mining (with additional exposure to oil & gas and chemical industries) and adjacent autoclave/pressure-leach opportunities.
