Carlyle to Acquire ManTech International

Global investment firm Carlyle agreed to acquire ManTech International Corporation in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at approximately $4.2 billion. ManTech shareholders will receive $96.00 per share; Carlyle said the deal will allow it to accelerate growth, innovation and expanded support for ManTech's federal government and national security customers.

Tetra Tech Acquires LS Technologies

The deal adds LS Technologies' capabilities in data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation and brings approximately 500 employees and new federal clients to Tetra Tech's Government Services Group; terms were not disclosed.

ManTech Acquires H2M Group

ManTech International Corporation completed the acquisition of H2M Group, a Manassas, Virginia-based provider of geospatial and intelligence analysis services. The deal (funded with cash and existing credit) adds roughly 180 employees and strengthens ManTech's GEOINT, imagery/FMV analysis and cartography capabilities to better serve the U.S. intelligence community, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
