Highlander Partners Acquires Black Sage Technologies

Highlander Partners, through its defense-focused division High Point Aerotechnologies, acquired Black Sage Technologies from Acorn Growth Companies. Black Sage, a Boise-based developer and integrator of Counter-UAS hardware and its DefenseOS C2 software, will complement Highlander’s growing C-UAS platform and expand capabilities for military, internal security, and critical infrastructure customers.
