Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales Acquires Cochrane Repair Service

Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales (SLES), a Marietta, Georgia-based commercial laundry distributor, has acquired Cochrane Repair Service, a family-owned commercial laundry equipment repair and maintenance business serving the Carolinas. The acquisition expands SLES's service and repair capabilities across hospitality, healthcare, laundromat and dry-cleaning end markets and brings Cochrane's leadership and customer relationships into the SLES organization.

The purchase expands Alliance’s direct distribution and service footprint in the Mid-Atlantic and is the company’s fifth distributor asset acquisition in the past two years; LES was owned by Cameron Clark prior to the sale.
