Payscale, the Seattle-based provider of compensation data, software and services, has acquired Agora Solutions Inc., a provider of dynamic offer communications, total rewards and employee pay portals. The acquisition brings Agora's people-analytics and total-rewards communication capabilities into Payscale's platform to expand its pay-transparency and total-rewards offerings for employers.

Agilea Solutions Acquires Workerbee
