Aurora Capital Partners completed a growth investment in Premier Roofing, a Denver-based roofing service provider and vendor-managed network, to support the company's geographic expansion and acceleration of its multi-family segment. Premier operates six branches across Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri and Minnesota and will use the capital and Aurora's buy-and-build strategy to open additional locations and scale operations.
