Bishop Lifting, a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of American Rigger's Supply, a family-owned sling fabrication and rigging supplier headquartered in Kansas City, Kansas. The deal expands Bishop's Midwest branch network and service capabilities; owner Jennifer Hughes will assist with the transition and Neal Edwards will serve as Branch Manager.

Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support Altamont's purchase; Altamont plans to grow BLP as a platform through expanded customers, end markets, capabilities and strategic add-on acquisitions.
