Backed by new capital from KKR, the deal combines the organizations to create a scaled ABA therapy platform (the combined company serving ~1,800 families at nearly 110 clinics) and expands BlueSprig's footprint in the Southern United States; FAC contributed 52 locations across Florida and Georgia.
