Lowe's Acquires Artisan Design Group for $1.325 Billion

Lowe's Companies, Inc. has agreed to acquire Artisan Design Group (ADG) for $1.325 billion in cash, expanding Lowe's Pro offering into a new distribution channel for interior surface finishes. ADG, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, operates 132 facilities, coordinates installation through over 3,200 personnel and reported approximately $1.8 billion in fiscal 2024 revenue; the deal was previously owned by The Sterling Group and is expected to close in Q2 2025.
