StoneRidge Insurance Brokers (SIB), a CIVC Partners-backed insurance platform, has entered into a partnership/investment with Underwriters Alliance, Inc. (UAI) to expand StoneRidge's group benefits and HR services offering across Canada. UAI, founded in 1997 and based in Hamilton, Ontario, will continue to be led by founder Robert Fedak; this is SIB's sixth partnership investment since partnering with CIVC in 2019.

The three founding partners of Generations (Claire Munro, Vicki Van Santen and Tracey Long) sold the business to SIB as an add-on to expand SIB's Ontario personal and commercial insurance offerings.
