Emergency Care Partners (ECP), a national emergency medicine and ED management platform backed by Varsity Healthcare Partners and Regal Healthcare Capital Partners, has completed a strategic merger with Arizona Emergency Medicine Specialists (AEMS) of Lake Havasu, Arizona. The transaction brings AEMS physicians into ECP's physician-shareholder model, expands ECP's presence in the Southwest, and increases the combined platform to 43 locations with a clinical workforce supporting roughly 1,000,000 patient visits annually.
