Infobip Acquires Peerless Network

Infobip, the global cloud communications (CPaaS) platform headquartered in Croatia, has completed the acquisition of U.S.-based VoIP provider Peerless Network for around $200 million. The deal expands Infobip’s U.S. footprint and voice capabilities, combining Peerless’s nationwide voice network with Infobip’s global messaging and CPaaS offerings to create an end-to-end omnichannel communications solution.

Cloudli Acquires ConnectMeVoice to Expand U.S. Business Communications Footprint

The deal expands Cloudli's presence and product capabilities in the U.S. business communications market and brings ConnectMeVoice's channel-focused Clarity platform and partner relationships into Cloudli's portfolio.

The acquisition integrates Fonative's compliant voice and messaging capabilities into Finvi's product suite to accelerate communications offerings for regulated markets including financial services, healthcare, and government.

Ooma, Inc. Acquires Phone.com

Ooma, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Phone.com for approximately $23.2 million in cash, subject to customary working capital adjustments. The purchase adds Phone.com's proprietary UCaaS platform and roughly 36,000 customers (about 87,000 users) to Ooma's portfolio, expanding its SMB-focused unified communications footprint and is expected to be accretive to adjusted EBITDA beginning December 26, 2025.

CCi Voice Acquires IP Genie to Expand Northeast Footprint and Municipal Capabilities

CCi Voice, a Redding, Connecticut-based provider of cloud-based voice and unified communications solutions, has acquired IP Genie, a South Windsor phone service company serving municipalities, schools, libraries, nonprofits and businesses across Connecticut. The deal brings IP Genie’s president and seven team members into CCi Voice, adds VoIP/UC capabilities and a no-bid state contract for municipal purchases, and expands CCi Voice’s offerings to include video surveillance and access control.

Ooma Acquires OnSIP

Ooma, Inc. acquired Junction Networks Inc. (doing business as OnSIP) from Intrado Corp. for approximately $9.75 million in cash, with the transaction completing on July 22, 2022. The acquisition adds roughly $10 million in annual revenue and about 50,000 primarily SMB users to Ooma's business, and is expected to be accretive to adjusted EBITDA as the companies realize operational synergies.
