Antin Infrastructure Partners Becomes Majority Shareholder in Blue Elephant Energy AG

Antin Infrastructure Partners' Flagship Fund V will become the majority shareholder of Hamburg-based renewable energy platform Blue Elephant Energy AG to support the company's growth and international expansion. Blue Elephant Energy, which operates c.1.3 GW across 67 solar and 13 wind power plants in eight countries, will retain its founding and major shareholders while leveraging Antin's capital and infrastructure expertise to scale generation capacity.
