Valicor Environmental Services Acquires Affiliated Wastewater Environmental Services (AWES)

Valicor Environmental Services, a Pritzker Private Capital–backed provider of non-hazardous wastewater treatment, has acquired Affiliated Wastewater Environmental Services (AWES), adding a centralized wastewater treatment facility in Denver, Colorado. The acquisition expands Valicor's footprint into the Western United States and increases its number of centralized wastewater treatment plants to 15 (26 facilities overall).

The acquisition adds NewGen's centralized wastewater treatment facility in Oklahoma City and an oil collection/processing facility in Atkins, Arkansas to Valicor's network of treatment facilities.
