Strategic Value Partners (SVP) has acquired the remaining 40% stake in IPC, resulting in full ownership of the mission-critical trading communications and network services provider. SVP — which had owned 60% since 2021 after leading a debt-reduction and recapitalization — cited confidence in IPC’s growth plan and will work with management to support the company’s next stage of growth.
