Bon Secours Mercy Health has acquired Greater Midwest Urgent Cares (GMUC) from Traverse Pointe Partners. GMUC, a Toledo-headquartered multi-location urgent care provider that grew from six to ten sites under Traverse Pointe's ownership, will join Bon Secours Mercy Health's network to expand its regional urgent care presence.

ICV Partners Acquires Urgent Care Group and Combines It with Total Access Urgent Care

ICV Partners has acquired Urgent Care Group (UCG) and will combine it with its portfolio company Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC) to create a larger urgent care platform operating more than 50 clinics across four states. UCG, founded in 2017 and based in Nashville, operates 24 centers with onsite x-ray and lab services and is supported by more than 400 full-time professionals; David Maloney will serve as CEO of the combined company.

Great Point Partners-backed Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care has acquired Garland, Texas-based All Children’s Pediatric Urgent Care (ACUC), expanding Little Spurs into the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. ACUC, which recorded over 10,000 visits in 2018, will continue to operate with founder Dr. Sameeh Zalloum remaining in clinical practice; the deal is an add-on to Little Spurs’ PE-backed platform to increase pediatric urgent care access in DFW.

Traverse Pointe Partners Acquires The Hope House

Traverse Pointe Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has completed a platform acquisition of The Hope House, LLC, a Scottsdale-based in-patient residential operator providing behavioral health and substance abuse rehabilitation services. Financial terms were not disclosed; Traverse Pointe said it will invest capital and resources to expand the company's service offerings and broaden its geographic reach.

Intuitive Health (Altamont-backed) Acquires Premier ER & Urgent Care
