LaSalle Capital Acquires BOF Corporation

LaSalle Capital, with mezzanine support from NewSpring Mezzanine and investment participation from Everside Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of BOF Corporation, a manufacturer of gravity-flow refrigerated shelving headquartered in Aurora, Illinois. The transaction will partner LaSalle with BOF's existing management to accelerate growth, expand manufacturing capabilities, and deepen BOF's penetration into grocery, convenience and big-box retail channels.

Victor Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, has acquired Specialty Fenestration Group, a Houston-based designer and manufacturer of transaction and high-security window and door solutions (including the Quikserv and U.S. Bullet Proofing brands). The investment — financed in part by Sound Point Capital Management and Fidelity Direct Lending — is intended to support product innovation, market expansion and scaling of the platform; River Associates completed the sale to Victor Capital.

Burlington Capital Partners Acquires Martin Pallet

Burlington Capital Partners (BCP) has acquired Martin Pallet Inc., a Massillon, Ohio-based manufacturer and refurbisher of specialty wood pallets and crates. The transaction was completed with subordinated debt and an equity co-investment from Farragut Capital Partners and in partnership with Martin Pallet's management; the investment will provide liquidity to the owners and capital to pursue growth initiatives and add-on acquisitions.
