Eckhart, Inc., an LFM Capital-backed industrial automation and tooling company based in Warren, Michigan, has acquired Eagle Engineering, a custom weld-station and assembly-fixture manufacturer headquartered in Eldridge, Iowa. The acquisition expands Eckhart's manufacturing footprint and capability to deploy Industry 4.0 solutions to Eagle's aerospace, agriculture and heavy construction customers.

TMA Systems Acquires Eagle Technology

TMA Systems has agreed to acquire Eagle Technology, a Mequon, Wisconsin–based developer of Proteus MMX CMMS/EAM software. The deal, supported by a $68 million strategic growth investment in TMA from Silversmith Capital Partners, is intended to accelerate product innovation (IoT and predictive maintenance capabilities), expand end-market coverage into manufacturing, distribution and logistics, and add offices in Mequon and Monterrey, Mexico.

JAL Equity Acquires D. Rockey Holdings (dba Eagle Products)

JAL Equity, an owner-operator of marketing, printing and e-commerce businesses, has acquired D. Rockey Holdings, Inc. (dba Eagle Products) from founder and sole owner Dave Rockey; the transaction closed July 15, 2022 with Generational Equity advising the seller. Eagle Products is a Kansas City, Kansas-based wholesale manufacturer of decorated apparel that will be integrated into JAL Equity’s TShirts.com portfolio, with Dave Rockey remaining as President to support continuity and growth.

Alto Ingredients Acquires Eagle Alcohol Company

Alto Ingredients, Inc. acquired Eagle Alcohol Company LLC, a St. Louis-based distributor of specialty alcohols, in a transaction announced January 2022. The deal (closed Jan. 14, 2022) was funded with cash on hand for a base purchase price of $14.0 million plus an estimated $1.3 million working capital adjustment and includes up to $14.0 million of contingent consideration; Alto said the acquisition is immediately accretive and expected to increase Adjusted EBITDA by $7–9 million annually.
