JMC Capital Partners Acquires PRO-VISION Video Systems

Boston-based private equity firm JMC Capital Partners has acquired PRO-VISION Video Systems, a Michigan-based designer and manufacturer of vehicle video systems, body-worn cameras, and video management software. JMC plans to partner with PRO-VISION's management to accelerate growth and expand the company's safety and video technology offerings across commercial, transit, and law enforcement markets.

Vance Street Capital Acquires Pro-Vision

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Vance Street Capital has acquired Pro-Vision, a Grand Rapids, Michigan provider of mobile video hardware, installation services, and a Video-as-a-Service (VaaS) platform for commercial fleets, K-12 transit and public safety customers. The transaction is Vance Street’s first platform investment out of Vance Street Capital IV and will fund product development, commercial expansion and potential M&A; terms were not disclosed and debt financing was provided by Barings.

Pro-Vision (backed by Vance Street) Acquires Spartan Radar

Pro-Vision, a mobile video technology provider backed by Vance Street Capital, has acquired Spartan Radar, a Los Alamitos, California-based developer of software-defined radar and collision-avoidance systems. The acquisition is an add-on to Pro-Vision’s platform intended to expand fleet safety capabilities by integrating advanced radar sensing with Pro-Vision’s vehicle video and data solutions.

Zonda Acquires Alpha Vision

Zonda, a MidOcean Partners–backed provider of data and digital solutions for the homebuilding industry, has acquired Alpha Vision, a long-standing provider of interactive floor plans, digital site maps, 3D/VR home renderings and sales engagement software. The acquisition expands Zonda's product suite and enables deeper integration of Alpha Vision's visualization and sales tools into Zonda's listings, data products and AI initiatives for the new-home market.

Motorola Solutions Acquires Videotec S.p.A.

Motorola Solutions has acquired Videotec S.p.A., an Italian provider of ruggedized video security cameras and PTZ systems designed for harsh and hazardous environments. The deal expands Motorola Solutions' portfolio of fixed and PTZ cameras for critical infrastructure markets such as ports, energy and transportation; terms were not disclosed.

Avision Sales Group (Forward Solutions) Acquires OneSolution and J.J. Shearer Company

Avision Sales Group, an Osceola Capital portfolio company, completed the acquisitions of OneSolution (Alpharetta, GA) and J.J. Shearer Company (Minneapolis, MN) and concurrently formed Forward Solutions as an umbrella go-to-market platform. The transactions fold OneSolution into a new standalone brand within Forward Solutions and fold J.J. Shearer into the Avision brand, expanding the platform's coverage across industrial safety, facility maintenance, cleaning and packaging verticals.
