Pro-Vision, a mobile video technology provider backed by Vance Street Capital, has acquired Spartan Radar, a Los Alamitos, California-based developer of software-defined radar and collision-avoidance systems. The acquisition is an add-on to Pro-Vision’s platform intended to expand fleet safety capabilities by integrating advanced radar sensing with Pro-Vision’s vehicle video and data solutions.
