Vance Street Capital Acquires Pro-Vision

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Vance Street Capital has acquired Pro-Vision, a Grand Rapids, Michigan provider of mobile video hardware, installation services, and a Video-as-a-Service (VaaS) platform for commercial fleets, K-12 transit and public safety customers. The transaction is Vance Street’s first platform investment out of Vance Street Capital IV and will fund product development, commercial expansion and potential M&A; terms were not disclosed and debt financing was provided by Barings.

Descartes Systems Group Acquires Supply Vision

Descartes Systems Group has acquired Supply Vision, a Phoenix-based provider of shipment management solutions for North American Logistics Service Providers (LSPs). The deal was for approximately $12 million in cash up front plus up to $3 million in performance-based earn-outs, and is intended to expand Descartes' capabilities for LSP digitization and complement its existing portfolio of LSP solutions.

Motorola Solutions Acquires Envysion from Parthenon Capital

VisionTrack Inc Acquires SkyLab Solutions

Integrity Growth Partners (IGP) provided funding support for the strategic acquisition; Backup Radar brings nearly 1,000 MSP partners and monitoring over 375,000 backups daily to ScalePad's platform.
