Prism Visual Software, a portfolio company of Iron Creek Partners, has acquired Advantage Route Systems (ARS), a provider of route accounting and direct store delivery (DSD) software. The acquisition, which closed April 16, 2024, expands Prism's product portfolio, addressable market and geographic reach by adding ARS's Mango One suite and global customer footprint.
