Watts Water Technologies Acquires Superior Boiler

Watts Water Technologies, through its subsidiaries, has completed the acquisition of Superior Boiler, a designer and manufacturer of customized steam and hot water boilers used in commercial, institutional and industrial applications. The deal (funded with cash on hand) brings Superior's portfolio and capabilities into Watts' plumbing, heating and water-quality product lines to expand custom boiler offerings and drive cross-selling opportunities.

Thermogenics Acquires Matt Marshall & Co.

Thermogenics, a North American provider of boiler lifecycle solutions, has acquired Matt Marshall & Co., a 70-year-old boiler service company based in Greensboro, North Carolina. The acquisition expands Thermogenics' service capabilities in the US Southeast and introduces new presence in the mid-Atlantic while allowing Matt Marshall & Co. to continue operating under its existing name.

Bradford White Corporation Acquires Heat-flo

Bradford White Corporation has acquired Heat-flo, a manufacturer of stainless steel indirect water-heating and hydronic storage tanks, expanding Bradford White's portfolio of indirect water-heating solutions. Heat-flo will continue operating from its Uxbridge, Massachusetts facility and will be supported by Bradford White’s Laars Heating Systems subsidiary to accelerate product and market growth.

Thermogenics Inc., an Ironbridge Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired Yown's Boiler & Furnace Service, Inc., a Jacksonville, Florida-based full-service industrial boiler and burner service provider. The acquisition is an add-on to Thermogenics' platform intended to expand the company's presence in the U.S. Southeast and broaden its service and product offering for industrial, commercial and institutional customers.

Industrial Chimney Company Acquires Cheminee Lining from Cleaver-Brooks

Industrial Chimney Company (ICC) has acquired Cheminee Lining, the exhaust solutions division of Cleaver-Brooks. ICC will continue leasing 56,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 21,000 sq. ft. of office space in Terrebonne, Quebec, and retain more than 44 Cheminee Lining employees as part of the transaction; Cleaver-Brooks will honor existing customer commitments.
