Saint-Gobain Acquires Business Assets of International Cellulose Corporation

Saint-Gobain has acquired the business assets of International Cellulose Corporation (ICC), a Houston-based manufacturer of spray-applied, plant-fiber insulation and acoustical finishing systems. The assets — including Ecosorb International — will join CertainTeed's Commercial Building and Infrastructure business in North America, strengthening Saint-Gobain's sustainable insulation and fireproofing portfolio; ICC operates a manufacturing site in Houston with approximately 50 employees.

ACCEO Solutions Acquires Informatique Côté Coulombe (ICC Technologies)

ACCEO Solutions Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of N. Harris Computer Corporation, has acquired Informatique Côté Coulombe Inc. (ICC Technologies), a developer of enterprise resource planning software for the construction, distribution, retail and printing sectors. The deal expands ACCEO’s product portfolio, adds ICC customers to ACCEO/Harris’s large customer base, and reinforces ACCEO’s leadership in management solutions for the hardware and building materials market in Quebec and Canada.

Innovative Emissions Control Inc. Acquires Cormetech, Inc.

Innovative Emissions Control Inc. (IEC), a special-purpose investment company founded by John Moore and Edoardo Bugnone, has completed a transaction to acquire Cormetech, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. IEC said the investment will provide growth capital and long-term ownership stability to support Cormetech's global expansion and development of new technologies, including work in carbon capture and water treatment.

Merichem Technologies Acquires Chemical Products Industries (CPI)

Merichem Technologies, a portfolio company of Black Bay Energy Capital, has closed the acquisition of Chemical Products Industries (CPI), a specialty-chemicals maker based in Oklahoma City known for its SULFURTRAP adsorbents and industrial cleaning chemistries. The acquisition will integrate CPI's products into Merichem's Catalyst Division to expand its sulfur-treatment technology suite and strengthen service across markets including renewable fuels, biogas, midstream and downstream oil & gas.

Bettcher Industries Acquires ICB Greenline
