The deal gives KKR a platform in food processing automation that it plans to grow organically and via acquisitions while continuing Bettcher's legacy of employee engagement.

Industrial Chimney Company Acquires Cheminee Lining from Cleaver-Brooks

Industrial Chimney Company (ICC) has acquired Cheminee Lining, the exhaust solutions division of Cleaver-Brooks. ICC will continue leasing 56,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 21,000 sq. ft. of office space in Terrebonne, Quebec, and retain more than 44 Cheminee Lining employees as part of the transaction; Cleaver-Brooks will honor existing customer commitments.

IK Investment Partners Acquires Groupe NetCo

IK Investment Partners has signed an agreement to acquire Groupe NetCo, a French specialist in preventive and curative maintenance of conveyor systems. NetCo, headquartered in Bordeaux with ~500 employees and 55 agencies, will be the fifth investment for IK's Small Cap II Fund as IK looks to support NetCo's pan‑European expansion; financial terms were not disclosed and closing is subject to French antitrust approval.

Hoffmann Green Acquires ABC Broyage to Internalize Slag Grinding

PulteGroup Acquires Innovative Construction Group

PulteGroup, Inc. has acquired Innovative Construction Group (ICG), a Jacksonville-based off-site framing and manufactured building components provider. The acquisition is intended to expand PulteGroup's off-site production capabilities, improve build quality and efficiency, and help address trade labor shortages by integrating ICG's factory-produced wall panels, roof trusses and floor systems into Pulte's operations.

Limbach Holdings Acquires Industrial Air (Greensboro, NC)

Limbach Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LMB) has acquired Industrial Air, LLC, a Greensboro-based specialty mechanical contractor, for an initial enterprise value of $13.5 million in an all-cash transaction with up to $6.5 million of contingent earn-outs. Industrial Air, founded in 1964, provides engineered air handling, air filtration and controls to industrial and textile customers and is expected to contribute roughly $30 million of revenue and $4 million of EBITDA annually; the deal expands Limbach's geographic footprint in the Carolinas and strengthens its industrial/institutional capabilities.
