Hoffmann Green Acquires ABC Broyage to Internalize Slag Grinding

Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies has acquired the ABC Broyage group (which owns AB Cesar) to internalize the grinding/processing of blast furnace slag used in its low‑carbon cements. The deal brings a production site in northern Dordogne into Hoffmann Green’s local logistics footprint, improving supply security, margins and vertical integration of raw‑material processing.
