ICF Acquires Incentive Technology Group (ITG)

ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Incentive Technology Group, LLC (ITG), a fast-growing provider of cloud-based platform services to the U.S. federal government. The transaction values ITG at a purchase price of $255 million, is expected to close in Q1 2020, and is intended to strengthen ICF's IT modernization and cloud capabilities in the federal market.

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) Acquires Seaway Plastics Engineering

Intermediate Capital Group's North American Direct Private Equity team has acquired Seaway Plastics Engineering, a Florida-based manufacturer of injection-molded engineered components serving medical device, healthcare, aerospace & defense, and precision industrial end markets. ICG plans to support Seaway's organic growth and pursue add-on acquisitions to expand product capabilities and geographic footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.

Consolidated Equipment Group (CEG), a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, has acquired Agile Manufacturing Group, LLC, a Granite, Iowa-based maker of agricultural, industrial and construction attachments marketed under the GrabTec and Miller Loader brands. The deal is an add-on to CEG's platform to broaden its product suite and expand into adjacent material-handling end markets; Agile founder Mike Feilmeier will remain in leadership as Vice President of Agile Products.

Soundcore Capital Partners acquired Innovative Roofing Group and integrated it into its Roofing Corp of America commercial roofing platform. Innovative Roofing Group, an Atlanta-based commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor serving the Southeast since 2003, will expand Roofing Corp of America's capabilities and regional footprint; Oaklyn Consulting advised on the transaction.
