ICF Acquires Incentive Technology Group (ITG)

ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Incentive Technology Group, LLC (ITG), a fast-growing provider of cloud-based platform services to the U.S. federal government. The transaction values ITG at a purchase price of $255 million, is expected to close in Q1 2020, and is intended to strengthen ICF's IT modernization and cloud capabilities in the federal market.

SemanticBits, a Herndon, Virginia–based health IT and digital modernization services provider with about $135 million in 2022 revenue (approximately $115 million recurring in 2023) and a team of ~450, will expand ICF's federal health capabilities and addressable market including CMS.

Intermediate Capital Group plc (ICG) has agreed to acquire Iver Holding AB, a leading Nordic managed IT services provider, from EQT Private Equity (EQT Mid Market Europe fund). Iver, headquartered in Stockholm with more than 1,300 employees and strong multi-cloud, cybersecurity and IT outsourcing capabilities, was created by EQT through a merger and expanded via multiple add-ons; the transaction is expected to close in August 2021 for an undisclosed amount.
