ICF to Acquire Creative Systems and Consulting

ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Creative Systems and Consulting, a provider of IT modernization and digital transformation services for U.S. federal agencies. The deal adds Creative’s ~270-person team and platform expertise (Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow) to ICF’s federal digital capabilities and is expected to be slightly accretive to GAAP EPS in 2022.

The transaction values ITG at a purchase price of $255 million, is expected to close in Q1 2020, and is intended to strengthen ICF's IT modernization and cloud capabilities in the federal market.

SEMIFIVE Acquires Analog Bits

The deal broadens SEMIFIVE's product portfolio for AI, AIoT and other SoC markets and extends its global footprint in the United States.

HubSpot Acquires Clearbit

HubSpot, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Clearbit, a B2B data and intelligence provider, to integrate Clearbit's firmographic, technographic, and contact data into HubSpot's AI-powered customer platform. Upon closing, Clearbit will become a wholly owned subsidiary and its data capabilities will be integrated into HubSpot's marketing, sales and service offerings to provide richer customer intelligence and intent signals.

MarkLogic Acquires Smartlogic

The acquisition brings Smartlogic's Semaphore technology and senior management team into MarkLogic to expand its metadata, semantic AI and information-enrichment capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
