SEMIFIVE, a South Korea–based SoC design platform provider, acquired Analog Bits, a Sunnyvale-based supplier of low-power mixed-signal IP, to expand its design IP capabilities and SoC platform offerings. The deal broadens SEMIFIVE's product portfolio for AI, AIoT and other SoC markets and extends its global footprint in the United States.

SemanticBits, a Herndon, Virginia–based health IT and digital modernization services provider with about $135 million in 2022 revenue (approximately $115 million recurring in 2023) and a team of ~450, will expand ICF's federal health capabilities and addressable market including CMS.
