Kymera International Acquires Fiven ASA from OpenGate Capital

Kymera International has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fiven ASA from OpenGate Capital; the transaction is expected to close after customary regulatory approvals and terms were not disclosed. Fiven is a global producer of advanced silicon carbide materials with manufacturing sites in Norway, Belgium and Brazil; the deal expands Kymera's specialty materials platform (owned by Palladium Equity Partners) into high-growth end markets such as power electronics, semiconductors and batteries.

SEMIFIVE Acquires Analog Bits

SEMIFIVE, a South Korea–based SoC design platform provider, acquired Analog Bits, a Sunnyvale-based supplier of low-power mixed-signal IP, to expand its design IP capabilities and SoC platform offerings. The deal broadens SEMIFIVE's product portfolio for AI, AIoT and other SoC markets and extends its global footprint in the United States.

FluidOne Acquires project five

FluidOne has acquired Surrey-based IT managed service provider project five, adding approximately 45 employees and ~200 local business customers to its Business IT Centre of Excellence. The deal expands FluidOne's regional branch network—creating a £30m revenue Business IT CoE combining c.930 customers and 134 employees—and keeps the existing project five leadership in place with founder Steve Coburn transitioning to a board consultant role.

Qorvo Acquires Anokiwave

Qorvo has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Anokiwave, a Boston-based supplier of high-performance millimeter-wave integrated circuits for beamforming and IF-to-RF conversion used in phased arrays, SATCOM and 5G. The Anokiwave team will join Qorvo’s High Performance Analog segment to expand Qorvo’s capabilities and addressable opportunities across defense, aerospace and network infrastructure markets.
