Okika Devices Acquires Anadigm

Okika Devices Corporation has completed the acquisition of Anadigm, Inc., a Mesa, Arizona–based fabless semiconductor company known for Field Programmable Analog Array (FPAA) technology. Okika will assume Anadigm's products, operations and support and aims to advance and commercialize FPAA integrated circuits and associated design tools to expand its analog IC capabilities.
