Qorvo Acquires Anokiwave

Qorvo has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Anokiwave, a Boston-based supplier of high-performance millimeter-wave integrated circuits for beamforming and IF-to-RF conversion used in phased arrays, SATCOM and 5G. The Anokiwave team will join Qorvo’s High Performance Analog segment to expand Qorvo’s capabilities and addressable opportunities across defense, aerospace and network infrastructure markets.

SEMIFIVE Acquires Analog Bits

SEMIFIVE, a South Korea–based SoC design platform provider, acquired Analog Bits, a Sunnyvale-based supplier of low-power mixed-signal IP, to expand its design IP capabilities and SoC platform offerings. The deal broadens SEMIFIVE's product portfolio for AI, AIoT and other SoC markets and extends its global footprint in the United States.

Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), via its subsidiary Qatar Holding LLC, has taken a minority stake in Japan-based semiconductor equipment manufacturer Kokusai Electric Corporation, acquiring shares from global investment firm KKR. The investment supports Kokusai's role in advanced deposition and treatment equipment amid rising demand from data centers, AI and other high-growth semiconductor end markets.

IFS Acquires Poka

indie Semiconductor Acquires Silicon Radar GmbH

indie Semiconductor (Nasdaq: INDI) has acquired Silicon Radar GmbH, a Germany-based specialist in high-frequency system-on-chip solutions for automotive radar, including production-ready 120 GHz technology. The acquisition adds a team of approximately 14 mixed-signal SoC designers in Frankfurt an der Oder and accelerates indie's radar product roadmap and in-cabin/exterior sensing capabilities.

Device42 Acquires ArrayIQ

The acquisition expands Device42’s storage discovery and visibility capabilities by integrating ArrayIQ’s platform and team into Device42’s Boston office; terms were not disclosed.
