SimpleTherapy, a digital musculoskeletal (MSK) and behavioral health platform, has acquired PhysMetrics and Halcyon Behavioral to integrate MSK benefit administration and behavioral health services into a unified omnichannel care offering. The acquisitions (finalized in April 2022 and announced March 29, 2023) expand SimpleTherapy's multidisciplinary care capabilities and provider network to better serve employers, payors and health plans.
