Ara Partners, together with Aksiom Group and px Group management led by CEO Geoff Holmes, has acquired px Group from Bluewater Private Equity. The deal will position px Group to accelerate its role in UK and European energy-transition projects, expand integrated energy services and grow its industrial infrastructure operations including ownership of Saltend Chemicals Park.

Saudi Arabian contractor Nesma & Partners has agreed to acquire Kent, a Dubai-headquartered global energy engineering and project-management firm, from climate-focused PE firm Bluewater. The deal (terms undisclosed) completes Bluewater's multi-year value-creation plan that grew Kent to about $1.4bn in revenue and positions Nesma to expand its engineering capabilities and international footprint in conventional and low-carbon energy markets.

The transaction establishes CycleØ as a European biomethane platform focused on bio-G2V (vehicle) and bio-G2G (grid) markets, scaling biomethane production from agri-food and livestock waste.
