Rotunda Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Storm Smart, a Fort Myers-based manufacturer, marketer and installer of hurricane protection products. The founder, Brian Rist, and CEO John Boland will remain involved (Rist retaining a significant equity interest and Boland continuing as CEO) as Rotunda partners with management to accelerate geographic expansion and growth.

Leaf Home Solutions, a Gridiron Capital–backed, tech-enabled direct-to-consumer home solutions platform, has acquired Storm Tight Windows to expand its Leaf Home Enhancements brand and strengthen its impact-window presence in South Florida. Angle Advisors served as exclusive investment banking advisor on the transaction. Storm Tight is a regional leader in Category 5 hurricane-rated, Miami-Dade-approved impact windows and has installed more than one million windows over a decade in South Florida.

West Shore Home Acquires StormFitters of St. Petersburg

West Shore Home, a technology-enabled home remodeling services provider headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, has acquired StormFitters of St. Petersburg, a direct-to-consumer windows, doors and storm shutters business. The acquisition adds 28 employees to West Shore Home's Tampa branch and expands the company's presence in the Tampa–St. Petersburg market.

ColoHouse Acquires Steadfast
