Rotunda Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Storm Smart, a Fort Myers-based manufacturer, marketer and installer of hurricane protection products. The founder, Brian Rist, and CEO John Boland will remain involved (Rist retaining a significant equity interest and Boland continuing as CEO) as Rotunda partners with management to accelerate geographic expansion and growth.
