Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction. West Shore Home Acquires StormFitters of St. Petersburg

The acquisition adds 28 employees to West Shore Home's Tampa branch and expands the company's presence in the Tampa–St. Petersburg market.
